Terms of service – Domeny.xyz

1. Service provider

Domeny.xyz is operated by Nordma AS, org. no. 936 400 930, VAT no. NO 936 400 930 MVA, Buskerudveien 215c, 3027 Drammen, Norway ("Nordma", "we"). Contact: pomoc@domeny.xyz.

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of Domeny.xyz, including user accounts, the wallet, drop-catching orders, auctions, the domain marketplace and domain management.

3. Account

4. Wallet, holds and payments

[To be completed: top-ups, holds/deposits, currencies, refunds, no interest on balances.]

5. Drop catching and auctions

[To be completed: no guarantee of success, catch price, private auctions between interested users, binding bids, non-payment.]

6. Marketplace and escrow

[To be completed: Nordma's role (agent/principal – pending tax review), commission, delivery deadlines, disputes.]

7. Consumer rights

[To be completed: right of withdrawal and its expiry when a service is fully performed with the consumer's consent, EU/EEA consumer law.]

8. Liability, governing law and disputes
